Alcohol: 13.5% abv
Tasting Notes: Grapefruit and lemon zest are met by a gravel-like minerality. Citrus pith provides a touch of bitterness while lees aging lends a round lanolin-like softness and medium-body weight. Just enough acid keeps the palate fresh for another sip.
