Ferrari Trento Brut Rosé, NV

Traditional method sparkling rosé from Italy

This delicious rosé sparkling wine from the mountain slopes of Trentino, Italy is made using almost identical methods as traditional Champagne, with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle and extended lees aging. Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) skin contact lends the wine a pink, coppery hue. 

Grapes: 60% Pinot Nero, 40% Chardonnay
Region: Trento, Italy
Aging: > 24 months
Alcohol: 12.5% abv
Tasting Notes: Scents of ripe strawberry, red current and wild flowers, are met by orange peel, almonds and brioche. The silky, soft mousse achieves a great balance between acidity and a round finish.
Food Suggestions: Tuna steaks, salmon, shellfish, tofu, eggs, Asian dishes
